Paul Gives this excellent description of some of the things that will be taking place at the end times. I am only going to focus on one of them and it is the fact that there will be people who act religous, but they actually reject the power that could make them godly!
Come on Holy Ghost, give these people some insight! I could talk on this subject for days, but I am just going to point out a couple of things that so called christians today will gladly accept and the things they will reject no matter what!
People will gladly accept the Genesis 1 as being literal 6 days of creation concluding the earth is less than 10,000 yrs. old. But they reject present day miracles and the gift of tongues!! I have been reading thru the Book of Acts and everytime someone was baptized with the holy ghost, they spoke in tongues!! The true believers in Jesus need the power that could make them Godly, and that is the Holy Ghost and the initial evidence of recieving it is speaking in tongues!
